Australian UDI Bulk Upload Template

A Microsoft Excel template for sponsors and manufacturers to upload UDI records in bulk to the Australian UDI Database.

The Australian UDI Bulk Upload Template has been updated to V2.9.1. However, V2.9 may continue to be used.

Please note: If you are submitting more than 600 Package Identifiers on the Sponsor Package Commercial Distribution End Date worksheet, you must use version 2.9.1 of the template. If you are not submitting more than 600 Package Identifiers, you can use either version 2.9 or version 2.9.1.

The Australian UDI Bulk Upload Template allows you to use the Bulk Upload functionality in the Australian UDI Database (AusUDID).

You can use the Bulk Upload template to submit up to 200 records at once.
