The following is a list of all the entries in the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods that were given exemptions from the annual charge for the 2015-16 financial year. The exemptions were based on self-declaration of $0 turnover by the sponsor under regulation 43AAC of the Therapeutic Goods Regulations 1990.

The information contained within the list is published under subsection 61(5C) of the Therapeutic Goods Act 1989 which authorises the publication of kinds of therapeutic goods information relating to exemptions under the Annual Charge Exemption Scheme.

Sponsors are reminded that the entries which were declared as $0 turnover may be subject to further review and verification by the Therapeutic Goods Administration and, if the Secretary becomes aware that there was turnover for an entry for the financial year, the annual charge exemption will be cancelled under regulation 43AAG.
