We’ve published a study externally that investigates the particle filtration efficiency of respirators listed in the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods (ARTG), or submitted to us for compliance testing during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The study evaluates how effectively these respirators filter airborne particles, using laboratory-based testing methods aligned with international standards. It provides insights into the performance of different respirator types, including those used in healthcare and community settings, and highlights variability in filtration efficiency across products.
