Updating organisation administrator

• Use this form to nominate a new representative from your organisation to be the administrator. This person will be able to add, remove and update contact details.
• Declaration: Make sure a signed form is sent to the Therapeutic Goods Administration Business Services Helpdesk (TBS).
• Once you submit a completed form the TBS Helpdesk will email the new administrator within three working days with the unique username and administrator guide. This will be sent to the email address provided on the submitted form.
