Each year the TGA asks for feedback from all stakeholders including health professionals, the medical products industry, academics, consumers of therapeutic goods and more.
Our annual survey measures satisfaction with a range of services and activities including our role and performance. Responses help us determine whether we have met our key performance indicators (KPIs) outlined in the TGA key performance indicators and measures: Regulator Performance Framework report.
Most importantly, we aim to use the feedback received through the annual survey to continually improve the way we support and interact with our stakeholders.
What's different this year
So we can receive valuable feedback from consumers, we have developed a tailored set of questions more suited to the audience whose interests often differ greatly from those who interact with us on a more regular basis.
This means we have released two separate surveys this year - one for consumers of therapeutic goods, and another for health professionals, the medical products industry and all other stakeholders.
If you identify with more than one stakeholder group, you should choose the one that best suits your interactions with the TGA. That is, if you communicate or interact with us (including our website and services) mostly from an industry perspective, you should complete the survey intended for that stakeholder group.
Results from the survey will be made available later in 2018.
The survey will remain open until 20 July 2018.
