Reason why access to this webpage is disrupted
The Telecommunications Act 1997 (Cth) enables Commonwealth agencies to request Internet Service Providers to disrupt access by blocking websites containing suspected unlawful material.
Part 5-1 of the Therapeutic Goods Act 1989 (Cth) regulates advertising of therapeutic goods. A member of the Senior Executive Service within the Department has formed the view that this webpage contravenes one or more provisions of Part 5-1 of that Act and has made a request to disrupt access to this webpage.
