Scheduling delegate's interim decisions & invitations for further comment

Proposed amendments to the Poisons Standard

Reasons for a scheduling delegate's interim decision regarding proposed amendments to the Poisons Standard; this also includes an invitation for further public submissions from the applicant and those persons who submitted comments in response to a pre-meeting public notice, regarding either a meeting of the Advisory Committee on Medicines Scheduling (ACMS), the Advisory Committee on Chemicals Scheduling (ACCS), or a joint meeting of these two committees.

We have changed the way to make submissions.

Submissions now should be provided through our consultation hub. Submissions will be considered by the Delegate in making the final decision. Individual links to open consultations can be accessed through the relevant notice below.

If you have difficulty accessing the consultation hub or uploading your submission, contact medicines.scheduling@health.gov.au and include 'Proposed Amendments to the Poisons Standard (Medicines)' or 'Proposed Amendments to the Poisons Standard (Chemicals)' in the subject line of the email.
