What are the risks?
There is a risk that a lower than labelled SPF rating may increase the risk of sunburn during use and reduce the long-term effectiveness of preventing skin cancer.

What should I do?
If you have purchased one of the above products, do not use it. Return the product to the place of purchase, or contact medik8spfrecall@acskingroup.com or call 02 7248 5617 and provide photo evidence or proof of purchase to arrange the return of product for a refund.
The 15mL tube was also sold as part of the Medik8 Post Treatment Kit. If you have purchased this kit, do not use the Physical Sunscreen SPF50+ tube. Return the sunscreen product to the place of purchase or contact AC Newco Pty Ltd.
