What is the problem?

Following customer complaints, a piece of small metal wire has been identified embedded in two lozenges of Key Sun Kids Homoeopathic Products.

The wire likely became stuck in the lozenge during manufacturing.

What is the risk?

If a small metal wire is present, this could result in a child cutting their mouth. If any pieces of metal are swallowed by a child, this may result in damage to the digestive tract and risk of choking.

What should I do?

If you have any product from the above batches, do not use it.

Return it to the place of purchase for a refund, or contact Key Sun Laboratories to arrange the return of affected product and a refund.
