Euky Bear Warm Steam Vaporiser
What is the problem?
Felton Grimwade & Bosisto’s Pty Ltd is recalling all batches of Euky Bear Warm Steam Vaporiser, Model number EBSV2013 due to a quality problem whereby the enclosed heating element can overheat.
No other model numbers are affected by this recall.
If you do not turn off the device after steaming has stopped, the base of the blue heating module may overheat and start to disintegrate, producing smoke and fumes.
This recall follows the 2023 recall of four batches of this device - Recall: Euky Bear Warm Steam Vaporiser - Humidifier.

What are the risks?
If the device overheats and starts to disintegrate, users will be exposed to smoke and fumes. If the heating module finger is exposed, it could cause burns to users.
What should I do?
- If you have purchased a Euky Bear (Warm Steam) Vaporiser Model number EBSV2013, immediately stop using your device, unplug it, cut the power cord and dispose of it.
- Contact Felton Grimwade & Bosisto’s Pty Ltd via email - eukybear@fgb.com.au, to arrange a replacement for vaporisers purchased within the five-year warranty period.
- Please do not return the affected device to the place of purchase.
- The model number, EBSV2013, can be found on the sticker on top of the blue heating module near the power cord, as shown in the pictures below.
