TEGATRON/TEGAZOL/TEGOPRAZAN SXP (tegoprazan) is proposed for:
-treating acid reflux that has caused inflamation to the food pipe (erosive gastro-oesophageal reflux disease).
-treating acid reflux symptoms without visible inflamation to the food pipe (non-erosive gastro-oesophageal reflux disease).
-treating stomach ulcers ( open, painful sores on the stomach lining).
-treating Helicobacter pylori infection, a bacterium that can cause stomach problems, alongside antibiotics, in people with peptic ulcers and/or long-term inflammation of the stomach lining (chronic atrophic gastritis).
-keeping acid reflux with inflamation to the food pipe under control after it has healed (maintenance treatment for healed erosive gastro-oesophageal reflux disease).
