Summary of proposed indication
TECVAYLI (teclistamab) is proposed for use in adults with multiple myeloma, a type of cancer that affects plasma cells in the bone marrow. It is intended for people whose cancer has returned after at least one previous treatment, or whose cancer has not responded well enough to earlier treatment. TECVAYLI can be used either on its own or in combination with daratumumab, another anti-cancer medicine.
