Summary of proposed indication
MONRYZIG (mezigdomide), to be used with the anti-cancer drugs carfilzomib and dexamethasone, is proposed as a treatment for multiple myeloma in adults. It is for multiple myeloma that has come back after treatment or has not responded to treatment. It is intended for patients who have previously received the anti-cancer drugs lenalidomide and anti-CD38 monoclonal antibodies.
