HERNEXEOS (zongertinib) is proposed as a treatment for adults with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that cannot be removed by surgery or has spread to other parts of the body. It is for people whose cancer has specific genetic changes, called activating HER2 mutations. HER2 is a gene that can help control how cells grow. An activating mutation in HER2 can make cancer cells grow or spread more readily.
