This webinar will guide you through the process of applying for consent to import, supply or export a medical device non-compliant with the Essential Principles (EPs) using the Consent for Non-compliance Dashboard in the TGA Business Services (TBS). The webinar will cover the process of applying from drafting to submission.
Background
If you are a sponsor and want to import, supply or export a medical device that has become non-compliant with the EPs you will need TGA approval to be able to do so. You will need to use the consent for non-compliance application form to request consent. This webinar will guide sponsors through the process of applying for consent in the Consent for Non-compliance Dashboard in the TGA Business Services (TBS) sponsor portal.
