The Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) conducted a public consultation to seek feedback on options to improve the Therapeutic Goods Advertising Code (No.2) 2018 (the Code).
The Code had been in force since January 2019 and stakeholders identified opportunities for improvements to increase clarity for advertisers and other users of the Code. The TGA's own experience in administering the Code also indicated opportunities for clarification and improvement.
