Non-compliance with standard
The labels of the Product include the former address (63 Seaton Street,
Armidale, NSW 2350) instead of the current address of the sponsor (2 Cameron
Drive, Armidale, NSW 2350). In addition, the 12-month transition period,
specified under paragraph (b) of the definition of ‘name and contact details’ in
section 6 of TGO 92, for updating the sponsor’s or distributor’s contact details
has now lapsed.
Conditions imposed
The sponsor must put in place mail redirection, or other equivalent
arrangements, to ensure the prompt forwarding of any reports, complaints or
enquiries relating to the Products from the former address (63 Seaton Street,
Armidale, NSW 2350) to the current address (2 Cameron Drive, Armidale, NSW
2350), and must maintain these arrangements until all stock bearing the outdated
address has expired.
