Summary of proposed indication
INQOVI (cedazuridine/decitabine), to be used together with venetoclax, is proposed as a treatment for adults with newly diagnosed acute myeloid leukaemia (AML). AML is a type of blood cancer that affects blood cells and bone marrow. It is intended for people aged 75 years or older, or for people who have other health conditions that prevent them from having induction chemotherapy (an intensive initial treatment used to rapidly reduce the cancer).
