Summary of proposed indication
TECENTRIQ (atezolizumab) and TECENTRIQ SC are proposed for the treatment of colon cancer.
They are proposed for use with other chemotherapy medicines after surgery in people with Stage III colon cancer that is microsatellite instability-high (MSI-H) or mismatch repair deficient (dMMR). These terms mean that the cancer cells have problems repairing damaged DNA, which can contribute to tumour growth.
TECENTRIQ is proposed for adults and children aged 2 years and older. TECENTRIQ SC is proposed for adults and children aged 12 years and older who weigh at least 40 kg.
