Summary of proposed indication
VENCLEXTA (venetoclax) is proposed for use in combination with acalabrutinib, with or without obinutuzumab (both are anti-cancer drugs). This treatment is intended for patients with previously untreated chronic lymphocytic leukaemia or small lymphocytic lymphoma (CLL/SLL), cancers which affect white blood cells.
