HIBSAGO (bepirovirsen) is proposed for the treatment of long-term hepatitis B virus infection in people who do not have liver cirrhosis and who are already taking hepatitis B medicines known as nucleoside or nucleotide analogues. It is intended for people with a hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) level of 3,000 IU/mL or less, and would be taken for a limited period.
