PADCEV (enfortumab vedotin) is proposed as a treatment for patients with muscle invasive bladder cancer (MIBC) who are able to receive cisplatin (an anticancer drug). PADCEV would be used together with pembrolizumab before surgery to shrink or control the cancer and then after bladder removal surgery (a radical cystectomy), to lower the chance of the cancer recurring.
