Changes to the Prescription Medicines Minor Variation (PMMV) form

The PMMV form lets sponsors and agents request minor changes to prescription medicine listings on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods (ARTG).

These improvements will modernise infrastructure to keep the form fit-for-purpose, while maintaining its familiar look and functionality.

What you need to do:

• Submit all draft applications currently in the ‘View Drafts’ tab of the TGA Business Services (TBS) Portal by Friday, 23 January 2026.
• Any drafts not submitted by this date will be deleted and cannot be recovered.
• During this transition, please use an alternative repository to store any working documents to avoid data loss.

Your timely action is critical to ensure continuity and compliance. We appreciate your cooperation in preparing for these changes.

Please note that the 50MB maximum upload size limit for data will remain with the new form.
