Notified vaping products include:

• Substance – any liquid or other substance with or without nicotine for use in or with a vaping device.
• Substance accessory – a cartridge, capsule, pod or other vessel containing a vaping substance for use in or with a vaping device.
• Vaping kits – a package containing one or more therapeutic vaping substances or therapeutic vaping substance accessories and no other goods.
• Vaping packs - a package containing one or more therapeutic vaping substances or therapeutic vaping substance accessories, one or more therapeutic vaping devices or therapeutic vaping device accessories, and no other goods.
• Vaping device – electronic devices used to heat therapeutic vaping substances for direct inhalation.  All vaping devices have a tank or pod (detachable cartridge) for e-liquid, a heating coil and a battery (usually rechargeable).
