A comprehensive review of ODC’s cost model and fees and charges for the Medicinal Cannabis Program has been undertaken following the recent single licence and permit reforms that commenced in December 2021. Recommendations from the review have identified that ODC’s fees and charges schedule will need to change to reflect post reform activities.
