Approval under section 42DF for use of restricted representations by Arrow Pharma Pty Ltd
I, Leanne McCauley, Delegate of the Secretary to the Department of Health, on receipt of an application from Arrow Pharma Pty Ltd, have approved under section 42DF of the Therapeutic Goods Act 1989 the restricted representations specified in column 2 of the table below for use in advertisements specified in column 3 about the therapeutic goods specified in column 4:
