Therapeutic Goods (Repeal of Listing Notices) Notice 2016

This notice repeals 48 former notices made between 2005 and 2015 that are no longer required, due to the making of a succession of determinations which now specifies ingredients that may be contained in a medicine listed in the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods, and the requirements in relation to the inclusion of those ingredients in such medicines.
