Therapeutic Goods Act 1989
I, NGAIRE BRYAN, Acting National Manager, Therapeutic Goods Administration, delegate of the Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Health and Ageing, under subsection 9A (5) of the Therapeutic Goods Act 1989, require the following therapeutic goods to be included in the part of the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods for listed goods:
- preparations, referred to in item 3 of Part 1 of Schedule 4 of the Therapeutic Goods Regulations that contain, as an active ingredient, Terminalia ferdinandiana (Kakadu plum) fruit flesh dry, or aqueous extracts of the fruit flesh, which are to be mentioned in Division 2 of Part 4 of Schedule 4 of the Therapeutic Goods Regulations.
