New form for notification of therapeutic vaping goods

• Therapeutic Vaping Good Categories: Defined by legislation.
• Application Types for Supply Consent:
  • Therapeutic vaping devices (under sections 41MA/41MAA).
  • Other therapeutic vaping goods (under sections 14/14A).
• Notification Types:
  • Sponsor Notice (formerly "Notification of compliance").
  • Notice of Compliance for Existing Goods (re-statement).
  • Withdrawal Notice. 

Background

We invite sponsors to participate in an upcoming webinar that will provide guidance on completing the notification form for new therapeutic vaping products, as well as on the re-statement of compliance when requested by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA). This session aims to offer participants useful information and practical tips to navigate the regulatory requirements effectively and to manage product notifications efficiently. We encourage sponsors to attend in order to gain a clearer understanding of these processes and enhance their engagement with us.
