Return affected products to place of purchase

Consumers and health professionals are advised that a number of children's medicines are being recalled because they have been supplied in bottles where grooves that secure the lids can break off during opening.

If this happens, there is a small risk that pieces of plastic could be ingested, posing a potential choking hazard.
