Submissions received: Advertising code 2018 and guidelines

Between 29 March and 27 April 2018, the TGA sought comments from interested parties on the proposed draft Therapeutic Goods Advertising Code 2018 (the Code) and associated guidance document.

All submissions that were not marked as confidential are now available in PDF format below.

We thank those individuals and organisations that lodged submissions for their valuable contribution. Your feedback has helped inform the development of the final Therapeutic Goods Advertising Code 2018, which was made on 29 June 2018 and comes into effect on 1 January 2019. A summary of the changes made to the Code following public consultation is available.
