TGA Business Services site replaces eBS
Today we have launched the upgraded TGA Business Services site - an improved way to help industry do business with the TGA.
The new site has been designed to make doing business with the TGA easier and quicker - with its improved look and greater functionality clients will be able to self-serve at a time that suits them. For example, they will be able to update their own organisational and personal information such as contacts and addresses.
Clients who look after financial transactions will be able to print their own invoices and we've created a system that will reduce accidental overpayments, saving time and reducing paperwork for all parties.
The old eBS is still publicly available and clients will still need to use it for some of their transactions with us. Transitioning from the new site to the old site is seamless and it will be easy for users to navigate to where they need to go.
The TGA has conducted extensive external consultation and testing and the revamped site reflects our commitment to reducing red tape and regulatory burden and making doing business with the TGA a more efficient activity.
