Cancel unnecessary ARTG entries before 30 June 2016
Sponsors are reminded that if they are no longer supplying a product they can cancel their entries from the ARTG before 1 July 2016 if they do not wish to incur an annual charge for those entries in the 2016-17 financial year.
How to cancel
Cancellation requests can be submitted through TGA Business Services. Guidance on submitting a request is available on the TGA website.
All requests to cancel entries must be received in the TGA by 5:00 pm on 30 June 2016. If a request is not received by this time, the entries will incur an annual charge for the 2016-17 financial year.
Entries which have pre-qualified for an annual charge exemption in 2016-17 will not pay an annual charge for that financial year unless it generates greater than $0 turnover.
