Issues affecting documentation attached to some GMP clearance applications
The TGA has become aware of issues affecting documentation attached to some clearance applications. The issue may result in evidence attached to the application not being visible to the TGA once the application is submitted. The evidence may still be visible to Sponsors/Agents through the TGA Business Services portal. If your application is affected the TGA will contact you to request submission of the evidence via email.
The TGA is working to identify the cause of the problem and will provide an update on this site once a solution has been implemented.
