Cessation of acknowledgement letters for Category 3 submissions

The Office of Medicines Authorisation would like to advise that Applicants of Category 3 prescription medicine submissions will no longer be issued with an acknowledgment letter advising of the receipt of their submission and associated processing time frames. Applicants are advised that this information can be easily obtained via the eBS sponsor access view under 'View Lodged Submissions'. If access is required Applicants can obtain access to this view via the TGA eBusiness Services.

The TGA will not issue a letter of acknowledgement for Category 3 prescription medicine submissions received after 1 June 2014.
