Sponsors are reminded that the arrangements for the phased introduction of TGO 48 specify 1 July 1996 as the date on which the new labelling requirements apply to all relevant products supplied to the Australian market place.

If you have not already updated your labels to comply with the order, you have only eight months to submit your variation applications and obtain approval.

Please do not leave it to the last minute, it will help both you and the TGA if you get your applications in soon. Remember no priority can be given to applications simply because they are submitted late.
