THERAPEUTIC GOODS REGULATIONS

I, PIO CESARIN, Acting Director, Chemicals & Non-prescription Medicines Branch, Therapeutic Goods Administration and delegate of the Secretary to the Department of Health and Aged Care for the purposes of Regulation 7C (1) of the Therapeutic Goods Regulations, give notice that the restricted representation described in paragraph (a) below, has been approved for use in advertisements directed to consumers, for the products listed in paragraph (b):

  1. A representation to the effect that goods described in paragraph (b) below are:
    "Suitable for people with stomach ulcers".
