Application coversheet
Your job application must include the application coversheet. Completing the coversheet enables the selection committee and recruitment to easily identify both the job you are applying for and your application.
Please note: In accordance with the Privacy Act 1988, the information you supply in your coversheet will only be used for the selection process and to collect de-identified statical information. This information is gathered to assist the TGA to develop better workforce planning strategies.

How to access a pdf or Microsoft Word document
These forms can be filled in and saved to your computer using Microsoft Word or Adobe Reader version 7 or later or any version of Adobe Acrobat Standard or Professional. If you have an earlier version of Adobe Reader you can fill in the pdf form on-screen and print it out but you will not be able to save the completed form.
